Under Dubwood

I liked this when I heard it here, then today Cerys Matthews played it on her R6 show.  It was on in another room, but it drew me in and I listened in fascination. I’m not sure that the music actually adds anything to the narrative, but if it spreads the Dylan word to the younger and hipper, that has to be a good thing.

Ms M said she is going to keep playing it until it gets in the charts.  Which may take a while as, after searching ether-high and ether-low, it has only ever been available as a 7” disc (although I think that includes a download) and even that is now sold out. (CaughtByTheRiver – it may restock)
